I went to therapy but my mind is still blurred
Did things I didn't mean to do and that still haunts me
How am I gonna know what's right or wrong?
Now I can feel, my sanity is gone

One, two, three, four, some pills in a day
I make everything for them and I am not okay
I don't know what to trust, it isn't visible
As I heard once: No one is reliable

Are you gonna let it control ya? She asked to me
My therapist is helping me, as you can see
But that's still hard, the voices talk to much
Now I'm looking for something that I can touch

A is for the awful things it makes me feel
N, nothing's gonna change, but I am standing still
X is for the x-ray I should take of my head
I is I don't need this, I am gonna sing instead
E, is for the elephant that's standing in my room
T, is for the toxic thoughts my mind insists to bloom
Y, is for why the hell it has to be like this?
