*Notes:
The Intro:  If you use the major 7 chord fingering for the intro
you should be good as far as the movements.
Here's what the chord shape looks like, and to the right are the fingers
that you should use.

Now you don't need to play the A string at the 13th fret so use your 2nd
finger on the 13th fret of the D string that way you can place your 1st finger on the 
fret of the D String and just pull-off to the next note.
The rest is up to you how you play.  If this is confusing you, forget that
you ever read it and play it how you like to.
