It sounds like he is  strumming (without a plectrum) and picking some 
notes something

However if you find it easier to just strum the chords then do so. Some
 parts of the
tabs there are hammer on and pull-off's noted but thats not exactly 
what hes doing
however its basically the same.

Also its a lot easier to tab them as that. Those notes are the key to 
creating that
suspense and tension that this song does so well.

First chord is an Asus4 shape but the song sounds in the key of C# 
thanks to the capo.
