Em F F F* Ami Ami C D Ami
Play this part twice during chorus. On second time throug chords,
this
sounds real nice if you play each succesive chord louder so that the
tension builds
to a climax at Ami and then you pause and go back to Cmaj7-C verse.
This F* chord is not exact, sounds like C/D combo but I am not sure
what it is so I cheat by holding the F which works in the key.
Suggestions would be appreciated.
Nice transition that J plays; really impresses your friends!:
The transition includes some real simple eighth note picking
that goes from C to G and walk down to C/Cmaj7:
B|---------------3/5-5-5-5-5-5-3-1-0-1-0-|
G|---0-0---------------------------------|
D|-------2-0-----------------------------|
GG
Complete transition to be played after chorus & before return to verse:

Lyrics:
Verse 1:
I wanna help you
But, I sense you're riding pretty low
Well I got that feeling
when your hair hits the ceiling
Something Babe
you oughta know
Página 2 / 3
Chorus:
I won't cry if you walk by
But if we both kinda stumble
Maybe I'll say hi
Thats my best
I never try that much
'Cause I'm scared of feeling
That healing touch
you gotta get through
my maze and pass every test
'Cause i choosin' one love
to tatoo across my chest
Transition fill.
Verse 2:
Now the time has come
I ain't gonna fester no more /* Perhaps the best lines by J
Let the world be free
of my disease
I never knew a rubber doll /* Perhaps the second best line by J?
would be so hard to please
Chorus:
now I'm reachin' out
One last burst before i retract
No one will know
until I finally let go
Of the one thing
I ain't gonna ever get back
